At The Primary Way, our programs go far beyond traditional public speaking.
Our end objective is not for your child to simply give a speech or debate – that might
be part of the process and wins along the way – but ultimately, it’s preparing your
child to be a leader, thinker, and change-maker in their communities and beyond.
Our programs are personally designed by our Founder Scott Yung who has given
hundreds of speeches across business, community, politics and media.
Having shared the stage with industry leaders and former Prime Ministers, Scott brings his own knowledge and experience to The Primary Way Public Speaking & Confidence Training Program to empower the next generation of leaders.
Our Success in Speaking & Leadership Model (SSLM) ©, developed by Scott, focuses on three key aspects of makes an effective speaker & ethical leader.

confidence, and also instilling ethical values that form the foundation for quality
content, because substance matters.

We offer a 5-Level Program Pathway tailored to your child’s development stage. Each level builds on the previous one, with practical, age-appropriate tools to help children thrive both on stage and in life.

Level 1: Building Basics - Breaking Initial Barriers of Doubt
A fun, supportive starting point for beginners. We gently guide children out of their comfort zones and into their confidence.

For students ready to go beyond the basics and own the stage with authenticity and skill — and being comfortable with it.

Level 3: Becoming a Strong Presenter - Rising to the Top 20%
This stage is about mastering the art of speechwriting and delivery with strength, structure, and substance.
